The Weekend Warrior Boot camp is a challenging co-ed, fun and effective fitness program designed to deliver maximum total body results. The class structure is suitable for people of any fitness level.
We combine activities like:running, push ups, agility exercises, resistance training, abs, squats, speed drills, endurance challenges and many other fun and creative ways to get your heart pumping to create a fun and rewarding total body workout. This is a non competitive group environment that's about meeting great people and enjoying an awesome and challenging workout!
The program is 6 sessions long. Please check our calendar for dates, times, and locations!
Fee: $7/per session or $36 for the whole 6 boot camp sessions
