Abstract: For all the talk about community and open source in DevRel, because we work at for profit companies, there will always be a key element of sales involved in our work. Rather than shy away from this, it’s important that we acknowledge that as part of our roles, and then have a strategy for incorporating “sales” into our strategies.
This presentation will walk through how to sell to developers in a holistic way that builds strong relationships with your company and your software over time, setting your users up for success, and setting your initiatives up for success as well.
