Come to Study Hall to develop and improve your ideas with fellow entrepreneurs and subject matter experts. This Study Hall has a focus on Virtual and Augmented Reality. Bring your computers and setups and we'll provide power strips, coffee, and wifi.
Think: Ultra-collaborative co-working and relationship building.
Our goal is to provide a collaborative environment with a diverse skill-set in the room.
Due to the limited capacity (50 people) and the desire to keep the interactions meaningful, not everyone will be put on the attendee list.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Doors open at 12:00pm and 1-minute intros begin at 1pm:
• State your name & business
• Tell us about what you're working on
• Describe a challenge you need help with
• Share your areas of expertise and how you can help others in the room
By the time you leave Study Hall, another attendee will be able to help you solve your challenge or be able to introduce you to someone that can. We've already confirmed a stellar group of subject matter experts (VC's, journalists, etc...), and anticipate a fantastic afternoon.
MORE ABOUT STUDY HALL
Fosterly’s Study Hall is a collaborative co-working event focused on enhancing community between its entrepreneurial members. Study Hall attendees receive feedback and support from peers and experts, and lend their expertise to other participants in return.
Fosterly will provide the environment, coffee, WiFi and space to work and create. It’s up to attendees to bring their computers, a willingness to collaborate, and their entrepreneurial spirit.
Study Halls can be subject matter focused or general in nature and range in size from 50 to 300 attendees. Fosterly recruits subject matter experts, investors and experienced entrepreneurs to participate as special guests at Study Hall. These special guests engage informally with attendees and help to facilitate collaboration.
It is important to note that Study Hall is not an event to pitch for funding or sell services.
