A new local coaching and mentoring community in your area aimed at local coaches and mentors, whether self-employed or employed, to join and to form an active community that meets regularly, without having to travel to London!
Our Weald region covers Sevenoaks, East Grinstead, Tonbridge, and the Wealden area which includes Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough, Uckfield, Heathfield and Hailsham.
Joining this community is a wonderful way of being supported and of developing yourself as a coach or mentor, to sustain your CPD. The community will comprise networking sessions, facilitated discussions on current topics, workshops, and frequent group supervision sessions. We are open to ideas for workshops; topics currently include coaching/mentoring models and interventions, contracting, NLP and TA in coaching & mentoring - group members may present their ideas and topics too.
For regular attendance at community meetings and group supervision sessions, a CPD Certificate will be provided - useful for re-accreditation with your coaching association and to support any bids for new work.
The community is forming now and will start meeting monthly in the New Year on 18th January, 2012! Please join up now for more details. We are finalising local venues now, starting at Hawkenbury Church Hall in Tunbridge Wells. Our meetings will run from 6.45pm for arrival and networking, and will run until 9pm. Joining fee and annual membership fee is £98 (no VAT) - a saving of 20% versus separate event attendance - and £8 or £12 (for supervision group meetings) per session.
Although this community is independent it will run under the banner of the Association Of Coaching Supervisors, as some sessions will have a supervision element and AOCS are qualified to provide this.
