There is plenty of opportunity to protest, rally, or give presentations against the process of fracking or injection wells, but what about the other side?
How do our elected officials and citizens form an educated opinion without being given the opportunity to hear from both sides?
The Mansfield Tea Party has invited representatives from the Ohio Energy Resource Alliance as well as an industry expert to answer all the questions and concerns we may have regarding fracking and injection wells.
"It would be a shame if we passed up an opportunity for job growth or energy independence because we didn't take the time to educate ourselves on the process," said Marianne Gasiecki, Founder of the Mansfield Tea Party. "I think we all want jobs to come to Ohio, but we want it done responsibly". Whether you are for, against, or undecided, we are asking all elected officials, candidates and citizens to join us and take the time to learn more before forming any opinions."
