Learn the most essential first-aid skills you will need to save a life. Painless and fun, you are guaranteed to learn new skills and respond confidently following this short sixty minute session.

We will cover the most common emergencies encountered including:

• Bleeding control

• Anaphylactic reactions

• Diabetic emergencies

• Seizure support

• Recognizing cardiac and neurological emergencies

• and tips on injury prevention!

Bio: After a fourteen year career as a FireFighter/Paramedic, Sarah Gibson Lopez found herself in her most challenging career role as a stay at home parent. Sarah holds a BS in Human Anatomy and Kinesiology and an MPA. She has been teaching American Heart Association CPR since 1998. In her spare time she is usually in the ocean riding waves in any way possible- surfing, paddling, or in an outrigger canoe. Sarah also does private house party trainings - a fun way to gather your friends and family (including age appropriate kids) and educate them on CPR and First Aid.
