Join Dennis Mace, LMP, Martial Arts Instructor and I, for an Impromptu introduction to Bagua, a moving meditation, rooted in Taoism, Chinese Yoga and martial arts. Learn how to increase your energy, become more rooted and build self-confidence through the spiral movements of Bagua.
