Wake Forest ARTS Events

Wake Forest ARTS supports local artists and existing art programs throughout our community and encourages new arts ventures. It is a section 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which was founded as the Wake Forest Cultural Arts Association 1990, and is currently an all-volunteer organization. We are funded through grants from the Town of Wake Forest and United Arts of Raleigh and Wake County, and through the contributions of our sponsors and artist members. We organize the annual Six Sundays in Spring outdoor concert series, and have assisted with the Wake Forest Autumn Arts Festival, DuBois Jazz Festival, the Christmas Tour, Studio Tour and the Garden Tour. The vocal ensemble Wake Forest Singers is under the umbrella of Wake Forest ARTS. Our mission is to support and enhance a strong, vibrant community through the development, promotion and coordination of arts and cultural activities. We have formed this group to provide the general public and artists with a forum to announce and discuss upcoming and past events. We also aspire to bring the Wake Forest community together while celebrating our artists and their talent. Membership is open to anyone who loves the arts, be they visual, performing, literary, or any other form. Not only do you love the arts, but you are interested in supporting our local artists through attending events and supporting Wake Forest ARTS.
