Awakening has traditionally been experienced primarily as an interior, subjective matter within the "I"-space. In addition to helping people awaken in this classical manner, Waking Down has also developed a potent culture of Mutuality that fosters awakening through the "We"-space. Over time, Mutuality engenders deep organismic trust in Being, and helps us securely commune with others. We welcome you to join this collaborative exploration of freedom and fullness!
Waking Down events are an opportunity to bask in an intersubjective field of Being that catalyzes integral evolution. Participants will experience gazing meditation, awakening awareness exercises, and bio-spiritually attuned dialogue that strengthens discernment, as well as the capacity to trust our experience and allow organic transformation. This event is not a substitute for psychotherapy.
