SE - Reed College-Crystal Springs Garden

Join in a group lead 10K or 5K walk with an optional lunch. Reed College- Crystal Springs Garden is rated 1B, with 7K on pavement, 3K on natural trail. The walk features the lovely Eastmoreland residential neighborhood, the Reed College campus with library and auditorium, and a bark dust trail in Reed Canyon around Reed Lake. This year the walk will go into the Crystal Springs Rhododendron Gardens. The 5 km route is rated 2, moderate. The 5 km does go thru Reed College and Crystal Springs Garden but not around Reed Lake. We walk at about 3.0 miles per hour. Please arrive early enough to sign in so the walk can start at 10 am.

The optional lunch will be at Fender Moto Bar, 4336 SE Woodstock, Portland (1 block from finish).
