Hi folks!

I am organizing a holiday dinner for our lovely group on December 20th which I posted last week.  Initially I limited it to 8 people just to get a sense of how many would be interested.

I have since spoken to the chef to find out what would be a reasonable max.  He says that if we want to have something like 20 people, he can sit down with me, pick out a menu, create the meal, and serve it buffet style for a reasonable price where he will refill the dishes endlessly.  I think that could be quite fun :)  Just need to know how many people might be interested if there weren't such a strict limit.

However, since I am trying to plan this out before I leave for southeast Asia in a week, it would be of huge help to me if you would either

A) sign up on the wait list if you are interested or

B) drop me an email.

Please do not hold spots in a flaky way till the last minute if you really only are mildly interested in attending -- it's not fair to me or the chef.

If there are a few less than 20, I may ask some of my friends outside the group to fill in the gaps.  If there are no more people than those currently on the guest and wait lists, I'll plan  it non-buffet style and pre-order a bunch of varied dishes.
