Are you looking to get in better shape, run in road races, but you'd like to run with a group occasionally? Do you like to run with a group of people?

I ran cross-country in high school and now I like to run to keep in shape. I am definitely not the fastest runner, but I find running to be almost meditative. I like to commune with nature during my runs. :-) I sign up for a few half marathons each year to push me to stay consistent with my training. I find that running with other people helps me stay more consistent and also encourages me to push myself harder. Does this sound like you?

I am planning to setup a variety of runs to appeal to different runners. My thought is that I'll set up a hill workout, track work out, a longer distance run and maybe a short distance run. People can feel free to attend whatever works for them... All levels are welcome.

“I am an avid trail runner. As much as possible I run off road. I run quite a bit in Prospect Hill park, but the hills there can be too much to run every day.”
