Papers We Love: Resilient Distributed Datasets

Details
The meetup's official verbal language is Polish unless there are people who don't speak Polish.
** READ IT FIRST ** The meetup is no longer looking for a place, but still need 2-3 people who'd volunteer to read the paper from cover to cover and be ready for questions from participants. Please contact the organizers or use the comments section below.
Following the tradition of Papers We Love meetups (http://paperswelove.org/) around the globe that aim at discussing technical papers, let's have the inaugural Warsaw Spark meetup in the same vein and discuss the paper "Resilient Distributed Datasets: A Fault-Tolerant Abstraction for In-Memory Cluster Computing" by Matei Zaharia et al.
The paper is here: https://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~matei/papers/2012/nsdi_spark.pdf .
There was a similar event at Papers We Love Amsterdam (https://www.meetup.com/papers-we-love-amsterdam/events/224303434/) and I think it's safe to assume we can use the slide deck for our purpose (with due credits and such).

We hope that you'll read the paper before the meetup, but don't stress if you can't. If you have any questions, thoughts, or related information, please add to the discussion on this event's thread.
