/r/cigars DC HERF #2

Let's all grab a burger, have a couple beers, and smoke some cigars. It was a lot of fun last time. Let's try to get more people to come out this time around.

Had a good turnout, and a real good time. Bar let us play Apples to Apples. Next time, Cards Against Humanity. It was a blast!

I just can't deal with this heat so unfortunately I too am going to claim myself as a casualty of the weather. Will keep an eye out for next time though!

I think I'm going to have to pass on this one guys. The heat is too damn high. Don't even feel like getting in the car. We'll have to set up another for next month if people are up for it.

That's what I figured, but it's been my experience that when it comes to smoking rules, places can sometimes be very picky/irrational!

yup you should be good to go. last time we had 8 (iirc) guys puffing on cigars. i doubt a pipe will make them suddenly kick us out.

Am I right to assume that since this is a location where cigars are allowed, a pipe will also be okay?

There is a great cigar shop right by Bailey's called Cigar Connection (1000 N Randolph St) that's probably got everything for a cheaper price than MD or DC.

Georgetown Tobacco or Old Virginia Tobacco are the best I know. OVT has many locations and a good selection.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
