A low impact, walking group for people who want to start getting moving but don't want pass out from a 5-hour hike or a "kill me now" fitness class.
I will pull most of the walks from a book I have called "Water Walks: In the Suburbs of Tokyo" I'll shoot for once a month and see how it goes. :-)
