May 2 hearing: suit against 4 Pinellas County Commissioners exceeding term limit

Should this lawsuit be successful in removing said commissioners, the judge ought to entertain a motion to reverse their illegal decisions including their decision to restart water fluoridation on November 27, 2012. As the Florida Supreme Court in 2012 upheld the constitutionality of such term limits (William Telli v. Broward County, et al [May 10, 2012]: http://www.floridasupremecourt.org/decisions/2012/sc11-1737.pdf ), this band of four power-lusting Commissioners have disenfranchised and breached their fiduciary responsibilities to We, The People, rather than serving Us. For these reasons and several more they have instead proven to be self-serving.
