A tester's role when providing bug reports is to help stakeholders to make wise decisions about which bugs to fix.

Do your bug reports have the right information? Are they persuasive, high quality and well-written? Do you consider the interests and concerns of your audience?

In this session Nicola will show us how to do a good job of performing this all-important testing task.

Limited to the first 22 participants only. Testers of all experience levels welcome.
