This is a reschedule of February meetup

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Many of us are working in environments where there's an expectation that we're able to perform tasks that aren't a normal part of our role. It's becoming more common to hear about 'cross-functional' team members, but what does this mean and how do we adapt to these ways of working?
In this session, Alex will explain the value that testers bring to such teams. He'll also talk about what skills are necessary for these kind of teams, how to build those skills, where to set the boundaries between roles, and how to inspire others to do the same. It's won't only be theory though, so come prepared to participate in fun exercises while you learn.
Alex has 15 years background in Software Development as a Developer and a Business Analyst. He worked with small teams and large enterprises around the world, and is happy to share his experiences to help others become better at their craft. Now he works as a Technology Consultant, and brings businesses up to date with the pace of innovation.
