This is not your normal wealth building meetup group. A lot of meetups focus on the stock market and/or real estate. I plan to discuss this and then some. We'll learn about traditional financial planning and investments and what you should do to plan for retirement. We'll also learn about alternative types of wealth building vehicles that include:

1) Accelerating the payoff of your home mortgage quickly with no change in spending habits. This is not paying more principal into a 15 year amortized loan. (I personally hate amortized loans for my primary residence).  Interest-only loans build wealth and I'll explain why.

2) Becoming your own banker by using Whole Life Insurance. Use this vehicle as a forced savings method. You'll never need another loan if you can borrow from your own policy. With the proper use of this vehicle, one can pay for every major purchase throughout life and into retirement. Did I mention this is all tax deferred and potentially tax free?

3) Invest in Real Estate the correct way by analyzing the deal for cash flow. We'll discuss investing in Real Estate the proper way by using cash flow analysis tools and methods.

4) Get passive income with amazing returns with Trust Deed Investing/ Private Lending.
