EB-5 capital is generally the least expensive, most user-friendly capital funding resource available to developers today. EB-5 capital is available on a long-term, low interest loan basis at better than bank rates and at much friendlier overall terms. With the use of EB-5 capital developers can replace the expensive equity piece they are accustomed to giving away to traditional private equity funding sources, which often take as much as 35% or more of a project’s total profits. EB-5 capital can be used in place of private equity for the subordinated funding position in a development project’s capital stack (often up to about 70% of the project’s construction budget) usually for less than 10% of the project’s total equity.

Mr. Salisbury, a CPA, has more than 20 years’ experience in the EB-5 Capital Funding marketplace. He has helped finance dozens of development and entrepreneurial deals with EB-5 capital, and he obtained a record-setting approval time for his most recent Regional Center based in Austin, TX.

As the managing partner of the Austin-based Texas Growth Fund Regional Center he is interested in partnering with real estate developers who require funding for their current or upcoming projects. He currently has many more investors than suitable projects, and he is able to provide funding for projects ranging in size from $2 million - $200 million.
