Greetings WIN Members / Guests,
This month we have some very informative presentations lined up for our workshop on Wednesday Nov 21 st at our Surrey location .
Geoff Lee with the Geoff Lee Mortgage Group and Mr Marco Russo of Investors Group will be presenting on the intricacies and benefits of “the Smith Manoeuvre “. The Smith Manoeuvre is a financial strategy used to access home equity for investment purposes and in the process create interest deductibility and consequently tax reduction . Goal is to create good tax deductible debt . You will want to hear and learn how you may be able to use this strategy as part of your overall investment plan .
This month , my presentation is titled “ It’s all about Design “ An intriguing title and I will just leave it at that . A few of you would have seen it already . This is a presentation and group discussion , given at another group recently and it was so well received that I want to repeat it for the benefit of all WIN members . You will just have to attend to learn what’s behind that intriguing title
Additionally, our real estate investment expert Michael Ponte (http://www.prosperityinvestments.ca/) with Prosperity Real Estate Investments (http://www.prosperityinvestments.ca/) will be discussing that all important word ‘ Cashflow’. We all know to put cashflow before equity and that cashflow is king , so it’s most important to always look for cashflow . Whether you’re a novice or seasoned investor, you will find great value in Mike’s presentation titled: “How to improve your property’s CASHFLOW ”.
