What would be the ramifications if Google Glass and MUSE thouht Headband by Interaxion merge their functionality?

How much more productive will users be with glass heads-up display versus looking down at antiquated smart phones and thinking commands Vs typing or talking the commands?

Doesn't the average person look down at at least one hour a day perhaps teenagers texting as many as three or four hours a day?

the heads up display and a combination of thought commands will increase productivity on the 1 4 billion smartphones by how much?

can we say 20% per annum compounded?­

it would be a fascinating UX challenge to design for this - if the interface could be mapped to certain brain patterns to not only achieve simple actions like a click, swipe, select, but more complex things like linking memory to categorization or emotional / analytical brain patterns to call up certain applications to address various states of mind.

The usability of BCI is defined by the number and location of the EEG sensors. Triple dry sensor band like the Muse are OK affective state info like attention, emotion, meditation, etc. like Rob mentioned. And now that Brown has reached the theoretical limit (http://www.extremetec...­) there is a maximum. So the question is: what performance are you looking for?

Thanks for your experienced responses. Just purchased the device above, what are your thoughts?

Also saw that I think brown or Darpa came up with a collective thought chip in rats. Merging of the minds. How large can that project grow? With the right funding can you merge a platoons minds? A battalion or a division?

This is what I'm using for my research. The API is simplicity itself and it works great for ML algorithms.

There's only one sensor though, so detail is lacking.
