Our Speaker – Matt Lovell
You may have last seen Matt Last year as he kindly agreed to be on the panel for the Launch of the Measurement and Analytics Report 2016. He was so candid and knowledgeable on that occasion that we vowed to have him return for a solo performance.
Matt has very recently become the Head of Customer Insight at Jacks Wills, where he is responsible for the CRM, Digital Marketing and Analytics. For the last four years he was the Group Head of Analytics and Digital Insight Thomas Cook. Matt has been at the coal face of driving analytical change for some big brands and has great advice when it comes to approach and technology.
The Topic – Practical Personalisation.
Matt will be delving into some of the practicalities of creating a personalised experience and why some companies are still struggling to achieve some form of personalisation. He will be taking an objective view in terms of utilising analytic ecosystems (email, website and display) and segmentation and why it doesn’t have to be very difficult. Or maybe Matt will just make it look easy. Never-the-less we are sure he will be happy to answer questions!
