Andreas Grabner from dynaTrace is returning to our group to talk about ways to automate performance analysis!
The free dynaTrace Ajax Edition is expanding its browser support to Firefox, providing the same in-depth performance analysis as it does for Internet Explorer. Besides analyzing JavaScript, network requests and page load performance it can be integrated with Selenium to automate data collection and ShowSlow which acts as a performance repository. We will walk through the complete scenario of using dynaTrace to analyze performance problems of web sites in both Firefox and IE. Then use Selenium to automate a test scenario and set-up ShowSlow as performance repository for regression and trend analysis.
The meetup will be in the usual place at the usual time, and pizza will be provided.
