Performance Lessons from the Top Retail Stores

During the 2011 Holiday Shopping Season – especially from Black Friday to Cyber Monday – we took a closer look at strong and weak performers across the top Online Retail Stores. We will discuss the findings on why certain pages did really well in terms of performance and availability and why others failed during high load peaks. This session is going to be a fresh-up of Web Performance Optimization Guidelines where we learn how to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of websites using free available tooling.
