I wanted to make sure all of the SF members of the meetup were aware of the upcoming WebRTC Conference and Expo in SF the week after Thanksgiving. Go see the details at http://www.webrtcworld.com/conference/
The content will be great with Google sponsoring and hosting a workshop on WebRTC. All of the drivers of the technology will be there and there is an opportunity to show your app to the industry and VCs.

For members of this meetup there is a 75% discount using the code SFUG12. This code is only valid until the end of October so hurry to register.

If you want to discuss with me further, email me at [masked]

Look forward to seeing you there.

I have successfully tested a multiparty WebRTC example based on webrtc.io which uses a node.js back end. It would be great to offer remote attendance at the next meetup using WebRTC solution.

Unfortunately I will miss this meeting as I am traveling to the East Coast tomorrow the 5th. Please discuss the WebRTC Conference being planned with TMC for the last week in November. I hope the website will be up by the 6th. It will be in South SF in Conjunction with Devcon5 (HTML5) and Mobile Payments. The conference, called WebRTC Expo, will be 2 days plus an afternoon WebRTC tutorial led by Google. Google is set to be a Diamond Sponsor for the event and there should be a number of other sponsors. I am planning to have a call on Sept 17 to discuss the overall agenda, and identify track leaders and presenters. If you are interested in participating as a speaker or presenting on a WebRTC topic, please get in touch with me. The call for papers will go out this week.
If you are interested, send me an email at [masked] or call me at[masked]-9420. Hope the meet up goes well and look forward to seeing you next time.

Is there an AV stream or WebRTC enabled laptop in the room that I can connect to for the Q&A. I am in Sydney, Aust, but would love to be in on that. Just send me an active https://apprtc.appspot... link from the room :)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
