This group is for people that are interested in furthering their fitness knowledge or improving their workouts through my meetings.

All too often people are unsure if what they are doing in the gym (or outside of it) is accurate. My meetings are organized to fill in the gaps, educate and help people get the most out of their workouts and improve their level of fitness.

People that should join: if you are overweight, have injuries, training for an event, or need more out of your current workouts.
