This meeting we will open the Hackfest with an insightful and cutting-edge talk from Terry Ryan!
jQuery Mobile, PhoneGap and more:
Building the same app on different mobile platforms is exceedingly common. Doing it native is a pain. jQuery Mobile and PhoneGap can help relieve some of that pain by allowing you to build cross browser web applications and cross device native applications using PhoneGap. Adobe will also show off some browser contributions that will have you doubting what you are seeing is HTML.

Terry Ryan is a Developer Evangelist for Adobe. His job basically entails helping developers using Adobe technologies to be successful. His focus is on web and mobile technologies including expertise in both Flash and HTML. Previous to that, he spent a decade working in various technical roles at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Every meeting we'll have -

"Show & Tell" - 2 or 3 members will have 15 minutes to present exciting and interesting projects followed by Q and A. "Hackfest" - Hacking groups, creating awesome web apps together. Show the group's projects and plan the next ones. Bevies and bytes during meeting c/o Kaltura Prizes for the coolest projects!
