Ice Cream short walk (Covent Garden)

Hello URBAN ADVENTURERS!

I am planning a short walk in central London to visit two of the most popular 'gelaterias' and taste two of the most delicious 'gelato' in town.

We are going to visit two gelaterias in the Covent Garden area, so do not have a big lunch that day!

Weather perfect the whole week, so I confirm FRIDAY 25TH!

A little bit about COVENT GARDEN:

It is a district in London on the eastern fringes of the West End, between St. Martin's Lane and Drury Lane. It is associated with a former fruit and vegetable market in the central square. Now it is a popular shopping and tourist site. The Royal Opera House is within the main square area. The district is divided by the main thoroughfare of Long Acre, north of which is given over to independent shops centred on Neal's Yard and Seven Dials, while the south contains the central square with its street performers and most of the elegant buildings, theatres and entertainment facilities, including the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, and the London Transport Museum. The London Transport Museum is in a Victorian iron and glass building on the east side of the market square. It was designed as a dedicated flower market by William Rogers of William Cubitt and Company in 1871, and was first occupied by the museum in 1980.
