Hello! I'm a Certified Health Coach and a former R.N., and my passion is to help people. After countless weight loss programs and even lap band surgery I was still 100 pounds overweight. In 2008 I found a fantastic weight loss program and have since lost 115 pounds and have had it off since 2009! I am now paying it forward by helping others lose weight and reduce or eliminate medications, using a proven program for weight loss, long term health, and longevity. This weight loss program has been recommended by over 20,000 doctors since 1980, is one they use at John Hopkins University, and has had numerous clinical studies that prove it is safe AND effective! Thousands of people all over the country are losing weight with the help of a FREE health coach and utilizing Medifast Meal Replacements. I've been holding this support group since August 2010. Please join if you are interested in learning the Habits of Health and how to to live a longer and healthier life. We will have a few laughs, we will learn a lot, and we will lose some weight! Every meeting we have a different topic and people are free to share their stories, their tips and tricks.

This support group is FREE! It takes place on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of every month.
