If you're on a weight-loss program or battling the bulge on your own, and you want support, join our group! We help each other to stay motivated and achieve our weight-loss goals. We all stumble along the way, so we'll also talk about our triumphs and struggles.
We meet every 1st and 15th of the month (except holidays). Men and women of all weights, ages, and diets are welcome.
Please note:
1. This group is not affiliated with any weight-loss program or product, and solicitations are prohibited.
2. This group does not offer medical advice.
3. You should feel comfortable talking about your weight with a group, and be considerate of others.
4. Meetings will occur in public venues, mostly in Forest Hills and Kew Gardens.
5. Attendance is free, and by attending, you agree that you and any guests participate at your own risk, and that you will not take any legal action against the organizer(s) of this group for any reason.
