Like so many others, I had trouble navigating nutrition labels and learning how to properly read them. I also wanted to delve deeper into the ingredients and really see what my food was made of. I have now changed my whole outlook when I shop for food.
Most people do not even look at the food labels, except for the advertising that boldly proclaims "100% Natural", "Low Fat" or "Low Sodium". Food labels can be deceptive marketing ploys of the nutrition industry.
Let's get together to hear from my friend, Danielle DeCelles (Holistic Nutritionist that worked with me to lose weight last year) who has some great information on how to truly read a nutrition label so we can become better consumers.
