please note we require $10 per person to help cover venue hire. As we need the deposit up-front for the venue we will activate the waitlist, this means when you RSVP you automatically go on the waitlist and once you send through the deposit you will be moved to "attending".
The $10 will cover tea/coffee, please bring a plate of food to share!

Refund policy:
100% refund if cancell 4 days before the event (End of Tuesday), 50% refund with 1-4 days before the event. On the day or no show = no refund.

We have a handful of mahjong masters who will teach you how to play!
We host these sessions every 1-2 months, we have some tables for all levels of players including some for beginners, by the end you should be able to sit down and play a 13-piece variety of mahjong, which is the most widely played version in Asia.

Depends on more interest, we will be looking to host intermediate and more advanced sessions in the future!

Please note, we play friendly games, and we do NOT promote gambling, this is just a session to learn the art of mahjong and no gambling will be involved. However future sessions we may consider doing championships with points for the future masters!

We will also have boardgames on the side for anyone who would prefer this :)

I love eating food and trying out new restaurants, so come join me in my adventures eating my way around Wellington! we need a deposit to secure your spot, once you've RSVP'd you will be placed on the waitlist, if RSVP is not closed that means there are still seats available, once you have paid the deposit you will automatically be moved to attending.

What you get: Roast pork, seasonal veges, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding & Gravy.

I plan for this to be a monthly weekend thing (alternating bewteen Fri, Sat & Sun), I will pay the bill with all of the deposits then we split the rest evenly (please pay for your own drinks)
If the deposit is for the entire meal (set price) then you just need to pay for your own drinks at the venue.

you will automatically go on the waitlist when you join, and once you have paid the deposit you will be moved to confirmed, new system so whoever pays first gets a spot!
