First ever Wellington Rust meetup

Yay, it's finally happening! Let's talk get together and talk about Rust.

Nick Cameron will give a short introductory talk to Rust and will talk about some of the new things that will be happening in the near future in the world of Rust.

We'll have plenty of time for open discussion and for people to talk about why they're interested in Rust and what they've been using it for (or hope to use it for in the future).
