Announcement:

Welcome to your Support group for gaining muscular strength to improve your quality of life. I will be leading a workout today that will be broken down into 3 parts...The whistle will be blown for SUGGESTED start & stop times, remember you are working on you to your abilities, if you feel you need to start or stop earlier please do. I have created something called ACTIVE RESTS where you can still be active in another area of fitness, but bring the intensity of an exercise down to where you feel comfortable. It is best to focus on what you need and NOT WHAT OTHERS are doing, but definitely feel free to give your support via positive comments and funny suggestions :)

Active Rests when you are WIP(ped): Arm Circles, Toe Raises, Hoping (1or2 ‘)
ALT EX: Squats, Push ups, Bench Dips

Warm-Up - Dynamic Movements (7 min.)

WIP Training - 2 min. on each task. 3 sets.

Bench Dips
Plank movements
Hand Walk Push Ups & Side to side
MTN Climbers
SuperMan
RB Exercises

Cool Down - Box Slides Up & Back
