Bring a Source of Light as the Sun's light shifts over Earth, headlamps work well.
Dress in layers as last Week's Wellness Hero's were shedding them FAST after the warm-up & full body exercises took over WIP!
Remember to always hydrate and listen to what you body is telling you, but as always keep moving!
