Meet other people who are interested in walking for the health of it. Take advantage of an opportunity to connect with others that are interested in creating a healthy and fun lifestyle.

Come prepared to have a great time and feel what it's like to put one foot in front of the other, breath in deep, take in the view of what nature has to offer and expand your circle of friends at the same time.

Wellness walking is not about how fast you can walk as much as it's about overall wellness - mind, body and spirit. Our walks are a minimum of 2 miles up 3.50. Again this is not fitness walking. It's about connecting with others that are interested in moving forward with health and wellness.

Want to attend?

There aren't many people out in the cold at 7am on a Sunday morning. We'll start at parking lot across from the Mercedes dealership, walk along the waterfront, cross the river over the Hawthorne bridge, continue along the eastside waterfront to the Steel bridge and back down the westside waterfront - or - we may walk through Downtown for a change of scenery. Either way plan to walk approx. 3 miles
