Wellness walking is not about how fast you can walk as much as it's about overall wellness - mind, body and spirit. Our walks are a minimum of 2 miles up 3.50. Again this is not fitness walking. It's about connecting with others that are interested in moving forward with health and wellness.
There aren't many people out in the cold at 7am on a Sunday morning. We'll start at parking lot across from the Mercedes dealership, walk along the waterfront, cross the river over the Hawthorne bridge, continue along the eastside waterfront to the Steel bridge and back down the westside waterfront - or - we may walk through Downtown for a change of scenery. Either way plan to walk approx. 3 miles
