Our chef will help you master the basics of sushi making! You’ll also discover the proper vocabulary used in Japanese cuisine and various types of sushi. On the menu: cooking the rice, rolling maki, dipping sauces. Hands-on class

Participants learn the techniques, make their own sushi and eat a full meal!
