What the...fuh?
Do you love eating ethnic foods or are willing to try? Join us. Few people realize what a melting pot Nashville is becoming. And fewer, realize what an abundance of ethnic restaurants there are - Vietnamese, Korean, Persian (complete with belly dancing), Ethiopian, Thai, Indian, Honduran, Turkish, Cuban, Japanese/sushi, and the list goes on. Let's visit some old favorites and discover some new ones together!
Nashville also offers many cultural events during the summer & fall, ethnic cooking classes and regional wine tastings. Let's expand our horizons beyond food. Namasté!
About the Meetup Group name:
Pho is a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup dish (served with cilantro and/or Thai basil, mung bean, lime, jalapenos, hoisin & sriracha). The word "pho" is properly pronounced as if asking a question. It is not pronounced with a long "o," but instead rhymes with the "u" in the word "but". So the final pronuncuation is "fuh?" (sounding like a question). What the "fuh"?
