I like Korean, Ethiopian, Italian, Moroccan Peruvian cuisines, and am always up for something new.

Bright green, crunchy, spicy mystery vegetable strings at a South American buffet in south Florida. Nobody admitted to speaking English, so there was no way to find out what it was. Then there were conch fritters at a Jamaican place. And some kind of preserved cow stomach lining.

Lots of fun, lots of variety in participants and cuisines. The software restricts number of "guests", which is awkward for those whose close affiliations include more than one additional individual. We can work around it or ignore it completely.
