Byron Katie’s Inquiry Process; An Integral Life Practice - with Ben Cohen
In this two hour workshop, you will learn a simple method to help you identify, question and transform the thoughts that are causing stress in your life. In 1986, Byron Katie, who had been severely depressed for years, had an epiphany. She realized it was her stressful thoughts that were making her life miserable. She awoke from her self-imposed nightmare and developed a simple inquiry process involving four questions and a turnaround, which when applied regularly, allowed her to maintain her new found inner freedom. Through lecture, demonstration, practice and discussion, you will learn tools to help you move past the grievances and self-judgments that get in the way of your inner peace. You’ll also see how this method fits into a larger context of practices that together help us to create an integrated and balanced life.
Donation welcome. $10 for presentation only.
