BYRON KATIE'S INQUIRY PROCESS with Ben Cohen

In 1986, Byron Katie, who had been severely depressed for years, had an epiphany. She realized it was her stressful thoughts that were making her life miserable. She awoke from her self-imposed nightmare and developed a simple inquiry process (which she calls “The Work”) involving four questions and a turnaround. When applied regularly, this self inquiry method allowed her to maintain her new found inner freedom. In this workshop, you will learn this simple inquiry process. Through lecture, demonstration, practice and discussion, you will learn and apply tools to help you move past the grievances, self-judgments and stressful thoughts that get in the way of your inner peace.

Ben Cohen is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga in the Boston area for the past 20 years. He has a master’s degree in counseling psychology, and is a graduate of Byron Katie’s School for the Work.
