Girls - this time will go away by June; it just gets too hot for late afternoon.
Join us for a stroller friendly workout tailored to fit YOUR needs utilizing resistance bands, free weights, kettlebells, your own body weight, a yoga mat and the stroller.
Be sure to bring a yoga mat and water.
Your first workout is always FREE!! When you RSVP, send me your email address and I'll send you some basic information about our group.
