Reducing your body's toxic load can help you stay healthy and avoid allergies and other illnesses. Chemical sensitivity is a fast growing, real phenomenon where certain people at the end of the spectrum are even unaware that they are affected since it can manifest in a multitude of symptoms that vary from person to person.
Join Sara Tung, our meetup organizer and WAPF co-chapter leader for Reston, and Todd Crames, our meetup co-organizer for a talk on how you can reduce your toxic load through implementing simple natural and green changes to substantially improve your home environment. Come learn about:
- Chemicals commonly found in homes
- Using plants as natural air cleaners and filters
- Switching to chemical free household cleaners and health care products
- Avoiding electromagnetic and radiation load
