Health & Nutrition Series

Come meet six brave parents and hear their stories about how they used nutrition to help their children get well. Among these children, symptoms abounded: failure for hair and nails to grow, repeated abdominal pain and diarrhea, outbursts at home and school, pre-diabetic, adrenal failure, auditory processing disorder, developmental delays, refusal to eat, the list goes on.

All are now well physically, socially, and emotionally.

We hope to have an audience with more stories to tell and are planning a discussion-oriented session.

PLEASE, pass this along to friends you may know who are coping with child health issues or simply are wanting to feed their children the best possible diet. Raising awareness on the value of food as medicine is why we are offering this session.

About the Series: Meetings are held on the third Saturday of most months. Doors open at 2:45 and program ends no later than 5:15. The presentations, discussions, and yummy snacks hosted by the United Christian Parish of Reston.

It's Almost Free! $3 or $5 voluntary donations will be accepted.
