Financial Freedom is One MeetUp Away!

Hello friends and potential investors:

Welcome to the Wholesale Real Estate Support Group. This group was created to provide all of us with a low pressure, high impact meeting environment. The primary purpose is to allow us to learn how to purchase and make huge profits in Real Estate investing. Neither, Money nor Credit is required to join. Just have a true burning desire to network and learn how others can help you fulfill your dreams of financial freedom.

Meeting Structure:

We plan to have monthly meetings at various locations throughout the city of Philadelphia. Our meetings will consist of small groups of 10-20 people who will openly talk about their current deals, future plans, and problems and solutions that they have. When our group grows too large, we will find larger facilities and break the groups into small more manageable groups. We want to make sure that no one feels lost or intimidated in a large group setting.

There will be a fee of $5-$10 per meeting to help cover costs of facility rental, copying, light snacks and drinks, etc.

Lectures and Classes:

Periodically, we will have proven experts hold master classes on their field of expertise. These individuals will teach, not sell. Examples of classes that we plan to have include, "Proven marketing for Wholesalers", "How to find the money you need to finance your deals", and "What to look for when inspecting a home". These are just examples and more ideas will come from our members and professional contacts.

The time, place, and cost of these classes will be provided to all members well in advance of there meeting dates. Plus we will be working to provide these classes online so that individuals who could not attend would still learn.

Conferences:

TBA. Conferences are always fun and highly spirited. They give all of us the burst of energy to catapult us through a new year of financial trials. This group is too new to create its own conference but we will inform, promote, and plan trips to local, regional, and national conferences that will help our members reach their goals faster.
