Right now I am beginning a new phase of my business that focuses on holistic circles for women that are empowering, healing and supportive. In a talk I recently presented I said: "Women need their wholeness and the world needs whole women." That may become my motto. I have an MA in Counseling Psychology and Expressive Art Therapy. I know from my own life that psychology alone cannot bring us all the way to wholeness. Since wholeness is my desire, I bring into my work as many aspects of it that I am aware of, for example, creative self expression, movement, experiences with the natural world, experiences with the holy sacred nature of our being through many of the worlds spiritual traditions. To me experiential learning is a vital and marvelous teacher. Therefore I do my best to create open ended processes that foster self-discovery. In all that I do, I love to offer practical and useful tools for the journey that can be taken home and used over many years.
I have been living in Asheville for 25 years and love the fascinating, diverse community that we are. I have been practicing a variety holistic Health modalities for 20 years. At this time, I am mentoring and counseling and leading circles for women.
