We have many different types of group meetings, which are all focused on personal/spiritual growth or better put "Spiritual Unfolding." Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm EFT (M.e.A.N.) Tapping Group Saturdays from 10:30am to 11:45 Play and Peace in the Park Qigong followed by Meditation Sundays from 6pm to 8pm WHOle HEARt Group We focus on meditation, reiki and many other subjects.
