Managing a remote team

We get a lot of questions on managing a half remote, and half Philly based team. In this meet-up Natalie (co-founder) will discuss how we transitioned from 100% remote team, to a split team. A few of our developers have done both, and we will also have a few remote employees in town to discuss the pros and cons on there end as well.
