This twelve week course provides foundational information and is not specific to any one particular tradition of the Craft. It is an overview of basic "common practice" concepts. This class is especially wonderful for those who would like to bridge the gap between "reading about it" and practicing.

* Basic Tools of the Craft: Their Use and Their Consecration
* The Elements and How They Relate
* Elemental Correspondences

* Casting a Circle: Theory and Practice
* Basic Divination: Methods & Tools
* Sabbats and the Seasonal Year
* Magical Timing of Spells
* Spellcasting in Theory and Practice
You will learn to:
* Ground and Center
* Create and Use Magical Tools
* Create and Cast a Spell
* Cast a Magical Circle
* Perform Divinations
If you are interested in this class, please plan to commit to the entire course. A text book is provided and is included in the cost of the course. It takes approximately 10 weeks to work through the text, with additional class nights scheduled for a ritual and also for the final exam (don't worry... you can't fail) . Fees are charged for the 10 instructional classes only. Not suitable for "drop-ins."
Cost of the course is $5/week and fees are used to offset printing costs and classroom rental.
